What We Collect

Information you send us

When you fill out a contact form or send us an email, we receive your name, email address, and whatever you write. That's it. We don't ask for more than we need.

Analytics data

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how people use this site — which pages are useful, how long people stay, where they come from. This data is aggregated and anonymized. We don't link it to you personally.

Cookies

This site uses cookies to make GA4 work and to remember basic preferences. No advertising cookies. No cross-site tracking. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time — the site will still function.

How We Use It

We use your contact information to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to manage your project. We don't sell your information. We don't share it with third parties except the tools needed to run the business (listed below). We don't send marketing emails unless you explicitly ask us to.

Third-Party Services

We use a small, deliberate set of tools:

  • Google Analytics 4Site analytics. Data is processed by Google per their privacy policy.
  • VercelHosting. Vercel may log standard server-side request data (IP address, browser type) for security and performance purposes.
  • Email providersEmail sent to our address is processed through standard email infrastructure.

Data Retention

Contact form submissions and emails are kept as long as they're relevant to an ongoing or potential client relationship. If you ask us to delete your information, we will — unless we're legally required to keep it. GA4 analytics data is retained according to Google's default retention settings (26 months).

Your Rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete any personal information we hold about you. Email us at the address below. We'll respond within 30 days. If you're in the EU or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority — though we'd prefer you come to us first.

Changes to This Policy

If we make meaningful changes to how we handle your data, we'll update this page and change the effective date at the top. We won't bury it.
